Name of the register: Customer register of Tibidiscis Ltd.

Purpose of the processing of personal information: the personal information of a customer is used to provide the service to the customer and to communicate with the customer if necessary. The information is not used for direct marketing.

Description of data: name, email address, and information regarding subscriptions. Additionally, information that does not identify a user and that is used to analyze the usage of the service is collected, like type of browser, number of accesses, and time of access.

The user of the service can study and modify the information stored on the page "My Subscription". The user has the right to see the information collected, and the right to get erroneous information corrected, and otherwise use the rights guaranteed by the Personal Data Act. Any requests can be addressed to the customer service (support@tibidiscis.eu).

Information is stored as long as the user stays a customer.

Regular sources of information: Information is acquired in the normal use of the service, particularly when a user registers to the service.

Regular disclosure and transfer of data: The information is not transfered or disclosed to any party outside of the controller.

Data is not transfered to countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.

Protection of the register: The information is protected during data transfer over the Internet using the SSL protocol. The information collected can be accessed only by the employees of the controller whose duties require it.

The Tibidiscis service uses cookies in its implementation. A cookie is a small piece of text data that is send from the service and stored with the browser in the computer of the user. Cookies enable the communication between the server and the browser, and they can also be used to collect statistical information about usage of a website. Cookies do not do any harm to the computer or the files of the user. Cookies are necessary for the proper function of the Tibidiscis service. The service stores and reads the following cookies: language of the browser, time zone, and the identifier of the session.
